This Agreement set fourth is between the User & WickedGirl Entertainment. A
Montreal company who is operating an adult content website. Such terms as
"you" and "user" will be referred to as the person or persons reading and

General Agreement:

by checking the terms and conditions checkbox on the home login page. In
return, WickedGirlCams agrees to allow you to view adult content restricted
from persons under the age of 18 years old. This Agreement set fourth
explicit recognition by the user or users and agrees that all parties
viewing this material is an adult of the legal age of 18 years old or the

in our website. This material may not be duplicated or refurnished through
distribution without the complete written authorization of WickedGirl
Entertainment. Any refurbished material unauthorized by WickedGirlCams will
be taken to court and we will seek full damage lawsuits against this action.
This will be a copyright infringement and any unauthorized material down
loaded or taken from this site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent,
which will include our Attorney fees as well.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to submit yourself to
the Jurisdiction of Quebec . All lawsuits or criminal complaints will be
disputed within our Jurisdiction. All adult material provided is owned by
WickedGirlCams and will NOT be responsible for fraudulent viewers who
falsely provide phony information. This statement clearly states if you are
